PCB FAQ: Layers, Copper, Impedance, Finishes, Lead Times

What layer counts do you support?

1 to 20 layers are supported by the standard online quote; 22-32 layers are quoted by our engineers via the advanced PCB channel.

What is your minimum trace and spacing?

3 mil / 3 mil on all standard layers. 4 mil and wider are free options; 3 mil carries a small surcharge shown in the quote.

What copper weights are available?

1 oz standard for inner and outer layers. 2 oz and 3 oz are online options; heavier copper (up to 20 oz) for power boards is handled by our Thick Copper PCB line.

Which surface finishes do you offer?

HASL, lead-free HASL, ENIG, OSP, immersion silver and immersion tin. ENIG is recommended for BGAs and fine-pitch parts.

Can you control impedance?

Yes - single-ended, differential and coplanar structures. Impedance coupons are produced per panel and a measurement report is included on request.

What file formats do you accept?

Gerber RS-274X with an Excellon drill file is preferred; ODB++ and IPC-2581 are also accepted. Include a fabrication drawing if stackup or tolerance requirements are special.

How fast can you ship?

Do you test every board?

Yes - 100% electrical test (flying probe or universal fixture) plus AOI on every panel.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T, PayPal, Western Union and major credit cards. Net terms are available for established accounts.

Will my design stay confidential?

NDA available on request; files are stored access-controlled and used only for your orders. We never share customer designs.

Can you source materials I specify?

Common laminates (Shengyi, KB, IT-180A, Megtron, Rogers) are stocked or available within days. Specify in the order notes.

Do you support rigid-flex?

Yes, 2-10 layer rigid-flex with polyimide cores. See the Rigid-Flex page.
