What is Quick-Turn PCB?
Quick-turn PCB fabrication compresses the normal manufacturing cycle so your prototype or pilot build ships in days, not weeks. We run three standard express tiers:
- 24-Hour - 1-2 layer FR-4 boards, order confirmed before 14:00 (GMT+8), dispatched next working day.
- 48-Hour - up to 4 layers, standard stackups, materials in stock.
- 72-Hour - up to 8 layers, controlled impedance available on request.
10-20 layer boards use our standard express lane at 5-10 working days depending on area and copper weight.
Capability Scope
Quick-turn orders run on the same production lines as volume orders, so nothing is watered down:
- Layers: 1-20, FR-4 TG130-TG170
- Minimum trace/spacing: 3/3 mil (3 mil is a charged option on our quote page)
- Copper: 1 oz standard, 2-3 oz express surcharge, heavier copper planned as standard production
- Surface finish: HASL / lead-free HASL / ENIG / OSP
- Solder mask and legend: standard green/white plus common colors on request

Express Fee Rules
The express tier fee covers dedicated line scheduling, overtime lamination and priority E-test. It is quoted transparently on the order page before payment - no hidden charges later. If engineering review finds an issue that pauses production, the affected time is added back to your turn rather than silently expiring.
