You Supply the Parts, We Do the Rest

Consigned (customer-supplied) assembly is ideal when you own hard-to-source components, need NDA control over critical parts, or already hold inventory. You ship the components to our factory; we manage storage, kitting, assembly and full material accountability.

How It Works

• Send Gerber, BOM and pick-and-place files; we quote labor, stencil and board cost.
• Ship your components with the packing list; consignment storage is tracked per order.
• IQC verifies quantity, date code and MSL status before the line runs.
• Assembly with SPI, AOI and X-ray inspection at the agreed quality standard.
• Leftover parts are counted and returned with the finished boards.

Material Handling Rules

• Recommended attrition: SMT 0.3-0.5%, THT 1-2%; we confirm exact usage before production.
• Moisture-sensitive parts are stored in dry cabinets and baked per J-STD-033 when needed.
• Every reel and tray is labeled with your order number for full traceability.
