Functional testing confirms that assembled boards actually do their job - power-up, firmware loading, communication interfaces, sensor readings and safety limits. We develop and run the test plan so defective boards never leave the factory.

Test Capabilities

In-circuit test (ICT): shorts, opens, component values and diode orientation.
Functional test (FCT): custom fixtures exercising your real interfaces and firmware.
Burn-in / aging test for early-life failure screening.
Programming and serialization: firmware flashing, MAC addresses, QR labels.

Fixture Development Flow

You provide the test spec (or we draft one from the schematic).
We design and build the fixture and test software, then verify on golden samples.
Every production board gets tested; results are logged per serial number.
You receive test reports with each shipment and full failure analysis on any rejects.
