1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on, quoting through, or placing an order with this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the ordering functions.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- Online quotations are calculated from the parameters you enter and are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- The final price may be adjusted if the supplied files differ from the quoted parameters (e.g. unusual stackup, non-standard panelization). Sales will confirm before production.
- Prices exclude shipping, duties and taxes in the destination country unless expressly stated.
3. Orders & Files
- An order enters production only after both payment confirmation and file review are completed.
- You are responsible for the completeness and manufacturability of the files you supply. Review notes from our engineers do not constitute a design guarantee.
- Order parameters cannot be changed once production has started.
4. Lead Time & Shipping
Lead time counts from file and payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery dates are good-faith estimates; delays caused by customs, carriers or force majeure are outside our liability.
5. Quality & Warranty
- Products are built to the accepted IPC classes and the parameters of your order.
- Report quality issues with photos and order number within 15 days of receipt. Confirmed manufacturing defects will be repaired, rebuilt or refunded at our option.
- Warranty excludes damage from improper assembly, handling or design errors; it does not cover consequential losses.
6. Cancellation & Returns
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production starts.
- Custom-manufactured boards cannot be returned unless defective.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the design files you upload. We use them solely to produce your order and will not manufacture identical boards for other customers.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place of our company registration. Disputes shall first be settled through friendly negotiation.
