Your design files (Gerber, BOM, coordinate files) are used solely for manufacturing your order. They are stored on access-controlled servers, never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and can be deleted from our systems upon written request after order completion. We are glad to sign an NDA on request.
We share data only with parties necessary to fulfil your order — e.g. logistics carriers (shipping label), payment providers (settlement) and, where applicable, sub-contracted processes under the same confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your quote settings, plus analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the ordering process may then not function.
Order and accounting records are retained as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting us.
