Change or cancel — timing matters
- Before payment: edit or delete anything in the cart freely.
- After payment, before CAM lock: file changes and cancellations are free — contact support quoting your order number.
- After production starts: cancellation covers materials and work done; assembly orders stop only before stencil cutting.
Where possible we refund the order minus incurred costs to your original payment method.
